Staying Hydrated

I understand how important it is for yourself and your body to stay hydrated and this means drinking two to three litres of water every day. Now, that's alot of water and even I struggle drinking that much each day. But understanding the benefits from drinking enough water per day spurs me on to completing this task. This means regularly topping up your cup from the tap or constantly having a water bottle to hand. 
Benefits to drinking Water...

1. Increases Energy
Drinking water helps your brain to focus and helps you to concentrate more and stay awake and alerted. Feeling less tired and have a sudden burst of energy. 

2. Helps with Weight loss
Water helps improve your metabolism, flush out all un-wanted toxins and if you drinking a glass or two 30 minutes before you eat or a main meal this will help fill you up more so you won't eat as much as before.

3.Improves your skin
Water hydrates your skin from the inside out, so by putting something into your body this can then work to hydrate your skin on the outside. Helps your skin look more fresh and glowing and helps attack against wrinkles and premature ageing. 

4.Helps keep things regular
You know what I mean, because water helps flush out all the unwanted rubbish we store from foods this then becomes more of a regular thing and stops you from becoming constipated.

5. Flushes out toxins
Helps get rid of any unwanted rubbish our body stores, this can be through sweat and urination.
